After thorough research in Track Five Coffee, we know clearly what the information system is like and how the coffee shop operate itself. Track Five aims to bring a variety of the best quality coffee to their customers. For instance, Mr. Brennan, the owner of the coffee shop requires his employees to brew the coffee every 30 minutes in order to ensure a higher quality taste for each customer. In order to improve the brand quality and make itself more attractive, Track Five Coffee increases the types of the menu and plans to display and sell local artists' artwork in the shop this year as well. It uses peer-to-peer sales as our dynamic business process because it's a flexible, informal and adaptive process for Track 5 coffee. 



        At the same time, active social medias in Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and Foursquare help more people know Track 5 Coffee and when they see the excellent comments, they may come with their friends. However, in this way, negative comments or reviews from our customers in the social media will influence the relationships between customers and the company and may have negative impression on Track 5 Coffee. So, we have a better solution that hire a designated employee to manage social media posts and maintain relationship with customers. In all, our group believes that Track 5 Coffee will provide better services and products to their customers.
